Tools and Notebook

Tools holds a checklist builder and a position-size calculator. Notebook is for longer writing.

Video walkthrough coming soon

A short video showing each of these steps will appear here.

Steps

  1. In Tools, click + New to start a checklist, name it, and add items one at a time. Tick them as you go, and use Reset to clear the ticks for the next session.
  2. In the lot calculator, pick an account book to pull its balance in, set your risk percent, stop-loss in pips and pip value, and it gives you a position size.
  3. In Notebook, click + New for a page. Write with bold, italics, bullets and headings, and upload images — drag an image's corner to resize it.

Good to know

  • Checklists and notebook pages save as you type and are stored on your account, so they follow you between devices.
  • The calculator's pip values are approximations for standard lots. Check them against your broker before sizing a real position.
  • If a result comes out below 0.01 lots, the calculator says so — most brokers will not accept it.
